铝胁迫对狗牙根根系生长和营养元素的影响

Effects of Aluminum Stress on Root Growth and Contents of Nutrient Elements of Cynodon dactylon

摘要: 为了探究狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon(L.) Pers.)耐铝种质及敏铝种质根系生长和营养元素对铝胁迫的响应。本研究以狗牙根耐铝种质A22和敏铝种质A326作为试验材料,在500 μM AlCl3(pH值4.0)溶液中设计了3个处理时间(0 h,12 h,24 h),在24 h处理时间点设计了4个铝处理浓度,分别为0(CK),250,500,750 μM AlCl3(pH值4.0)。通过对相对根长、根系苏木精染色、根系铝含量和10种营养元素的测定,结果表明,在不同铝胁迫下,A22根系伸长受抑制的程度均小于A326;A326根系苏木精染色深于A22,且根系铝含量高于A22;营养元素P,Ca,Mg,K,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn和B的含量在A22和A326中都受到了不同程度的抑制,且与两个种质中根系铝含量呈负相关。初步了解铝胁迫下狗牙根在营养生理上的耐铝机制,有利于在酸性土壤中更好地利用狗牙根,为培育耐酸铝的草品种提供初步的理论基础。

Abstract: In this study,aluminum-tolerant germplasm A22 and aluminum-sensitive germplasm A326 were used as experimental materials.The plants of Cynodon dactylon(L.) Pers.were treated in 500 μ M AlCl3 solution for 0 h,12 h and 24 h or in 0,250,500,750 μ M AlCl3 for 24 h.The stress responses of Al-tolerant and Al-sensitive C.dactylon were studied by measuring relative root length,hematoxylin staining and contents of Al and other 10 nutrient elements.The results showed that the inhibition of root elongation of A22 was less than that of A326 under different aluminum stress treatments.The roots of A326 were stained deeper than that of A22 by hematoxylin;and the aluminum content in roots of A326 was higher than that of A22.The accumulation of P,Ca,Mg,K,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn and B were inhibited by Al stress and negatively correlated with Al in both germplasms.This study provides data to understand the mechanism of Al tolerance of C.dactylon under Al stress,which is helpful to make better use of C.dactylon in acid soil and provide theoretical basis for the development of al tolerance cultivars.
