不同品种水稻秸秆青贮品质的比较研究

Comparative Study on the Quality of Rice Straw Silage of Different Varieties

摘要: 为探究水稻(Oryza sativaL.)秸秆原料特性与青贮品质的内在联系,选出秸秆适宜青贮的水稻品种。本研究以7个品种水稻秸秆为试验材料,对其青贮前后营养品质和青贮发酵品质等指标进行差异性和相关性分析。结果表明:不同品种水稻秸秆青贮前后营养品质和发酵品质差异显著,青贮显著降低水稻秸秆可溶性碳水化合物(Water soluble carbohydrate,WSC)、中性洗涤纤维(Neutral detergent fiber,NDF)和半纤维素(Hemicellulose,HC)含量(P<0.05),'展998S/R302’和'展998S/4 W0802’的秸秆青贮前后WSC含量均显著高于其它品种(P<0.05),青贮前后NDF含量均低于其它品种,'展998S/4 W0802’的秸秆青贮前后HC含量均低于其它品种;'展998S/R302’和'展998S/4 W0802’的V-score和有氧稳定性(Aerobic stability,As)均居于前三;原料WSC含量与V-score呈显著正相关(P<0.05),NDF含量与V-score呈显著负相关(P<0.05),HC含量与NH3-N/TN呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。综上,'展998S/R302’和'展998S/4 W0802’是适宜青贮的水稻品种。

Abstract: The study aimed to explore the internal relationship between the characteristics of rice (Oryza sativaL.) straw raw material and the quality of silage,rice varieties suitable for silage were selected. Using 7 varieties of rice straw as the test material,the differences and correlations were analyzed on the nutritional quality and silage fermentation quality before and after silage. The results showed that the nutritional quality and fermentation quality of different varieties of rice straw before and after silage were significantly different. Silage significantly reduced the water-soluble carbohydrate (WSC),neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and hemicellulose (HC) content of rice straw (P<0.05). The content of water-soluble carbohydrates before and after silage in 'Zhan 998S/R302' and 'Zhan 998S/4 W0802' was significantly higher than that of other varieties (P<0.05),and the content of neutral detergent fiber before and after silage was lower than that of other varieties,the hemicellulose content of 'Zhan998S/4 W0802' was lower than that of other varieties before and after silage;The V-score and aerobic stability (As) of Zhan 998S/R302' and 'Zhan 998S/4 W0802' ranked in the top three;The water-soluble carbohydrate content of raw materials was significantly positively correlated with V-score (P<0.05),the neutral detergent fiber content was significantly negatively correlated with V-score (P<0.05),and the hemicellulose content was significantly positively correlated with NH3-N/TN (P<0.05). In conclusion,the straws of 'Zhan 998S/R302' and 'Zhan 998S/4 W0802' are suitable silage materials.
