水肥耦合对湖南稷子饲草生产性能及营养品质的影响

Effects of Water and Fertilizer Coupling on Production Performance and Nutritional Quality of Echinochloa frumentacea

摘要: 为探寻宁夏半干旱区湖南稷子(Echinochloa frumentacea)‘海子一号’的最佳水肥配施量,本研究采用裂区试验,设置3个灌水量和3个施肥量,共九个处理:W1F1(灌溉量900 m3·hm-2,施肥量300 kg·hm-2),W2F1(灌溉量1350 m3·hm-2,施肥量300 kg·hm-2),W3F1(灌溉量1800 m3·hm-2,施肥量300 kg·hm-2),W1F2(灌溉量900 m3·hm-2,施肥量600 kg·hm-2),W2F2(灌溉量1350 m3·hm-2,施肥量600 kg·hm-2),W3F2(灌溉量1800 m3·hm-2,施肥量600 kg·hm-2),W1F3(灌溉量900 m3·hm-2,施肥量900 kg·hm-2),W2F3(灌溉量1350 m3·hm-2,施肥量900 kg·hm-2),W3F3(灌溉量1800 m3·hm-2,施肥量900 kg·hm-2)。结果显示,不同水肥处理对湖南稷子株高影响显著(P<0.05),株高随生育期升高,蜡熟期达到最大,W2F1处理下最大株高可达1.93 m。鲜、干重受水肥影响显著(P<0.05),鲜重呈先升高后降低趋势,干重持续升高。W3F2处理下鲜重于抽穗期达到最大值93 385 kg·hm-2,干重于蜡熟期达到最大值24 500 kg·hm-2。在拔节期 W1F3、抽穗期 W3F1、蜡熟期 W3F2 处理下,粗蛋白和相对饲喂价值均达到较高水平,饲草质量较好,该研究结果可作宁夏地区湖南稷子水肥配施参考依据。

Abstract: In order to explore the optimal water and fertilizer application rate for Echinochloa frumentacea ‘Haizi No.1’ in the semi-arid area of Ningxia, a split-plot experiment was carried out with three irrigation amounts and three fertilizer application rates, and a total of nine treatments were set, including W1F1 (irrigation amount 900 m3·hm-2, fertilizer amount 300 kg·hm-2), W2F1(irrigation amount 1350 m3·hm-2, fertilizer amount 300 kg·hm-2), W3F1(irrigation amount 1800 m3·hm-2, fertilizer amount 300 kg·hm-2), W1F2(irrigation amount 900 m3·hm-2, fertilizer amount 600 kg·hm-2), W2F2(irrigation amount 1350 m3·hm-2, fertilizer amount 600 kg·hm-2), W3F2(irrigation amount 1800 m3·hm-2, fertilizer amount 600 kg·hm-2), W1F3(irrigation amount 900 m3·hm-2, fertilizer amount 900 kg·hm-2), W2F3(irrigation amount 1350 m3·hm-2, fertilizer amount 900 kg·hm-2), and W3F3(irrigation amount 1800 m3·hm-2, fertilizer amount 900 kg·hm-2). The results showed that the effects of different water and fertilizer treatments on plant height of Echinochloa frumentacea were significant (P<0.05). The plant height increased with the growth periods, and reached the maximum at the dough stage, and the maximum plant height was 1.93 m under W2F1 treatment. Fresh weight and dry weight were significantly affected by water and fertilizer (P<0.05), fresh weight increased first and then decreased, and dry weight continually increased. Under W3F2 treatment, the fresh weight reached the maximum at the heading stage, 93 385 of kg·hm-2, and the dry weight reached the maximum,24 500 kg·hm-2, at the dough stage. W1F3 at the jointing stage, W3F1 at the heading stage and W3F2 at the dough stage, the crude protein and relative feeding value reached a higher level, and the forage quality was better. The results of this study could be used as a reference for water and fertilizer application for Echinochloa frumentacea in Ningxia region.
