30份新疆野生黄花苜蓿荚果裂荚力数字化评价

Digital Evaluation of Pod Splitting Power of 30 Wild Medicago falcata L. in Xinjiang

摘要: 本研究以新疆博乐温泉县30份黄花苜蓿(Medicago falcata L.)种质作为试验材料,通过艾德堡HP-50数显推拉力计,结合黄花苜蓿的荚果裂荚率,分析黄花苜蓿荚果水平/竖直放置下的裂荚机械力,为选育新疆地区抗裂荚黄花苜蓿种质提供了一种准确、高效的评价方法。试验结果表明:新疆野生高裂荚黄花苜蓿种质荚果的裂荚机械力极显著低于低裂荚黄花苜蓿种质荚果的裂荚机械力(P<0.01);在水平放置下,黄花苜蓿荚果的裂荚机械力与裂荚率呈极显著相关关系;当荚果水平放置时,机械力大于3.395 N的黄花苜蓿被认为是低裂荚种质,而机械力小于1.885 N的黄花苜蓿被认为是高裂荚种质。研究表明,通过推拉力计测试水平放置下的黄花苜蓿荚果开裂的机械力,可以准确反映新疆野生黄花苜蓿不同种质间的开裂特性,并为黄花苜蓿裂荚特性的标准化测量提供重要参考。

Abstract: Thirty Medicago falcata L. germplasms from Bole Hot Spring County,Xinjiang were used as the test material for this study. By means of the Eddberg HP-50 digital display push pull meter and the pod splitting rate of Medicago falcata L.,the mechanical force of pod splitting under horizontal/vertical placement of Medicago falcata L. pods was analyzed,which provided an accurate and efficient evaluation method for the breeding of Medicago falcata L. germline resistant to pod splitting in Xinjiang region. The results showed that the pod splitting mechanical force of wild Medicago falcata L. with high pod splitting was significantly lower than that of low pod splitting with low pod splitting (P<0.01). The mechanical force of pod splitting of Medicago falcata L. pod was positively correlated with the splitting rate under horizontal placement.When the pods were placed horizontally,Medicago falcata L. with mechanical force greater than 3.395 N was considered to be low-split pod germplasm,while Medicago falcata L. with mechanical force less than 1.885 N was considered to be high-split pod germplasm. The results show that the mechanical force of Medicago falcata L. pod cracking under horizontal placement can accurately reflect the cracking characteristics of different germplasm of wild Medicago falcata L. in Xinjiang,and provide an important reference for standardized measurement of Medicago falcata L. pod cracking characteristics.
