苔藓结皮短期添加对青藏高原人工草地植被和土壤的影响

摘要: 为揭示苔藓结皮短期添加对人工草地植被和土壤的影响,本研究以不同禾草组合处理的人工草地为研究对象,分析了苔藓结皮短期添加后人工草地植被和土壤的变化特征和相关关系,发现苔藓结皮短期添加显著提高群落地上生物量和高度(P<0.05),随着苔藓结皮添加量增加群落地上生物量也增加并且在SFXF组合中最高;土壤全磷、全氮、含水量随着苔藓结皮添加量增加而增加,pH呈相反趋势,苔藓结皮A1添加处理对速效养分的影响比A2明显,土壤蔗糖酶活性随着苔藓结皮添加量增加而提高;相关效应分析结果表明,地上生物量、有效磷和多酚氧化酶在SFXF组合中苔藓结皮添加简单效应显著(P<0.05),相关关系结果表明,添加苔藓结皮可以提高土壤养分含量和酶活性影响植被群落。因此,短期添加苔藓结皮对青藏高原“黑土滩”的恢复和治理中起着重要作用。

Abstract: To reveal the effects of short-term addition of moss crust on the vegetation and soil of artificial grassland,the present study took the artificial grassland treated with different combinations of grasses as the research object,and analyzed the characteristics and correlations of the vegetation and soil of artificial grassland after the short-term addition of moss crust. The results showed that:the short-term addition of moss crust significantly increased the aboveground biomass and height of the community (P<0.05),and the aboveground biomass of the community increased with the increase of the addition of moss crust and was the highest in the SFXF combination;the soil total phosphorus,total nitrogen,and water content increased with the increase of the addition of moss crust,and the pH showed the opposite trend,and the effect of the addition of moss crust A1 on the fast-acting nutrients was more obvious than A2,and the effect of soil sucrose was more obvious than A2. Soil sucrase activity increased with the addition of moss crust;the results of correlation effect analysis showed that aboveground biomass,effective phosphorus,and polyphenol oxidase in SFXF combinations had significant (P<0.05) simple effects,and the results of correlation relationship indicated that the addition of moss crust could increase soil nutrient content and enzyme activity affecting the vegetative community. This study suggests that the short-term addition of moss crust can play an important role in the restoration and management of the "black soil beach" on the Tibetan Plateau.
