灌溉定额对油莎豆茎叶、块茎及土壤化学计量特征的影响

摘要: 为明确块茎形成期不同灌溉定额对油莎豆(Cyperus esculentus L.)化学计量特征的影响,本研究以油莎豆(品种‘吉沙11号’)为试验材料,在块茎形成期分别设置CK(常规灌溉定额,525 m3·hm-2),W1(80%常规灌溉定额),W2(60%常规灌溉定额)三个处理,于收获期采集茎叶、块茎和土壤样品,对土壤养分及植物化学计量特征进行分析。结果表明:茎叶氮含量在420 m3·hm-2灌溉定额时显著高于其他处理,块茎中氮含量没有显著变化;随灌溉定额下降,钾含量在茎叶中表现为显著上升,块茎中表现为显著下降;不同处理块茎和茎叶中磷含量均无显著差异。所有处理油莎豆生长均受到氮元素限制,未受到钾元素的限制,仅在减少灌溉定额时油莎豆茎叶受到磷限制。土壤全钾和全磷含量分别是影响油莎豆的块茎和茎叶化学计量的关键因素。本研究结果为南疆地区油莎豆种植灌溉制度的优化提供理论依据。

Abstract: To clarify the effects of irrigation quotas at tuber stage on the stoichiometric characteristics of the Cyperus esculentus L. and soil physicochemical properties, the cultivar ‘Jisha 11’ was selected as the experimental material, and three treatments were set up during the tuber stage, including CK (normal irrigation quota, 525 m3·hm-2), W1 (80% of normal irrigation quota), and W2 (60% of normal irrigation quota). Stem and leaf, tuber and soil samples were collected at the harvest stage, and soil nutrients and plant stoichiometric characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that N content in stems and leaves was significantly higher than that in other treatments at 420 m3·hm-2 irrigation quota, and N content in tubers did not change significantly. With the decrease of irrigation quota, K content increased significantly in stems and leaves, and decreased significantly in tubers. P content had no significant difference in tubers and stems and leaves under different treatments. The growth of C. esculentus in all treatments was limited by N, not limited by K, and the stems and leaves of C. esculentus were limited by P only when the irrigation quota was reduced. Soil TK and TP contents were the key factors affecting the stoichiometry of tubers and stems and leaves of C.esculentus. The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for the optimization of irrigation system for C.esculentus in southern Xinjiang.
