机械压扁与碳酸钾对紫花苜蓿茎叶显微结构的影响

Effect of Mechanical Conditioning and Potassium Carbonate on Microstructure of Alfalfa

摘要: 机械压扁紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)茎秆,使茎秆产生破裂,导致内部部分组织结构变形,减少了茎秆内部水分移动的阻力。苜蓿叶片在2.0%的K2CO3溶液中浸泡30 s后,其“软蜡”部分被溶解,“硬蜡”部分未被溶解。

Abstract: Pressed stem of alfalfa(Medicago sativa)generally leads to crush of the interior tissue,and to its exemption from the control of moisture movement. It was tested that when leaves of alfalfa were dipped 30 s in 2.0% potassium carbonate solution,their "soft" wax could be dissolved,but not the "hard" wax of the leaves.
