Abstract: Tissue turnover is an theory for analysing tissue growth,senescence and net production rate in swards,and is of significance for the reasonable utilization of the swards.The turnover of lamina tissue of perennial ryegrass was systematically studied through cutting experiment by the application of the theory and methods of the tissue turnover.The results indicated that the rate of net lamina tissue production for perennial ryegrass in treatments both 14 days× 7.5cm and 14 days× 5.0cm were the highest,about 53.13 and 51.72kg DM/ha/day respectively, and 42 days × 10.0cm were the lowest.

摘要: 组织转化是分析草丛的组织生长、枯死和净生产的理论,对于合理利用草地具有重要的指导意义。本研究应用组织转化的理论和方法,通过周割试验对多年生黑麦草叶片组织的转化进行较为深入的研究。研究结果表明,12个州割处理中,多年生黑麦草的叶片净生产率以14天×7.5cm和14天×5.0cm最高,分别为53.13千克/公顷/天和51.72千克/公顷/天,而42天×10.0cm最低。
