中美牧草种质资源联合评价试验网中国试验区试验报告

Abstract: Germplasm evaluation trials were established jointly by Chinese and Amrican scientists in central-northern Inner Mongolia and in northem intermountain west USA.Entries included Asian and North Amrican grasses, legumes and shrubs for restoration of steppe, saline lowland and open woodland sites.The plantingr were evaluated for percent stand, vigor, foliage height, forage vield, forage unifor-mity, ground cover and spread ability ect.Results of the Chinese plots show:Chinese grasses of Agropyron, and legumes of Melissitus, Astragalus and Lespedeza outformed American entries on steppe and desert-steppe sites.Chinese collections of Leymus chinensis and Pascopyrum smithii were similar on stand and forage yield, but Chinese collections were relatively stabler on steppe site.Amrican saline-tolerant cultivare rated the best stands and had the highest yields on saline and mesic sites.on desert-steppe and sandy site, Chinese shrub species of Caragana established stably and the subshrubs of Hedysarum spreaded well once it established.

摘要: 在中国内蒙古高原中西部地区和美国西部落基山区建立亚洲及北美牧草资源评价试验网,对选自中美双方的禾本科、豆科牧草和灌木进行为期4-7年的联合评价。中国试验区试验结果指出,产于中国的冰草属牧草、豆科小半灌木和草本植物在典型草原和荒漠草原的建植率和生物产量显著优于引自北美的草种。中国的羊草和北美的牧冰草在典型草原的适应性相近,但羊草的牧草稳产性显著优于北美牧冰草。美国的耐盐、适盐禾草在内蒙古黄河灌溉区中度盐渍土壤中生长良好。在隐域草甸生境中,美国中生禾草的生活寿命和生物产量都极显著优于同-生态型的中国禾草。在沙地和荒漠化草原上,中国的豆科灌木锦鸡儿属植物建植稳定,半灌木塔落岩黄芪建植后的侵占性较好。
