Interspecific Relationships of Dominant Species of Sub-alpine Scrub Community and Sub-alpine Meadow Community in the Guandi Mountains

关帝山亚高山灌丛群落和草甸群落优势种的种间关系

Abstract: Using χ2 test with 2×2 cintingency table and Ochiai indices to analyze the interspecific association of 28 dominant species of Sub-alpine meadow community and 26 dominant species of Sub-alpine scrub community in the Guandi Mountains, as well as applying Pearson’s correlation coefficient and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient to calculate correlations between these species, we learned that the association among dominant species in the communities were remotely related. The number of Species-pairs in the meadow community amounted to 17.9% of the total, while the number of the species-pairs in the scrub community reaching 25.9% of the total. Species with positive association had similar biological characteristics and demanded similar habitats.The relationships among species were of significant differences due to different community types.

摘要: 运用2×2列联表、χ2检验方法对关帝山亚高山草甸群落的28个优势种及亚高山灌丛群落的26个优势种进行总体相关性和种对间的联结性检验,利用Ochiai指数测定种对间的关联度,应用Pearson相关系数和Spearman秩相关系数刻画种对间的数量变化关系。结果表明:群落优势种间多呈不显著关联,草甸群落中显著相关的种对数仅占总对数的17.9%,灌丛群落为25.9%;对生境要求相同或相似的种对呈显著的正关联;种间关系因群落类型不同存在明显差异。
