A Study on Metalaxyl Residue in Root-System Layer and Leaching Water of a Golf Course

甲霜灵在高尔夫球场根系层和淋溶水中的残留

Abstract: A model test, using large, intact monolith lysimeter, was conducted to determine metalaxyl residue density in the root-system layer and the leaching water of a golf course. The results shows when a weekly application rate of metalaxyl equals or is lower than 0.15 g/m2, the pesticide residue density in the root-system layer and leaching water will be less than 0.1 mg/kg, a residue rate lower than the standard for healthy drinking water established by Ministry of Health Manatu-Hauora, New Zealand. A successive 18-week application of 0.3 g/m2 metalaxyl per week on the golf course causes the residue density in the root-system layer and leaching water to rise to higher than 0.15 g/m2 level 11th and 16th week, polluting the surface water of the golf course. The study proves that a weekly application rate of 0.15 g/m2 metalaxyl or less is appropriate.

摘要: 对高尔夫球场草坪根系层和淋溶水中甲霜灵的残留浓度进行了模拟研究。结果表明:在每周施药量等于或低于0.15g/m2条件下,甲霜灵在根系层和淋溶水中的残留浓度均小于0.1mg/kg;依据2000年新西兰饮用水水源标准判断,淋溶水中的甲霜灵残留不会对球场地表水产生污染。连续18周每周施用0.3g/m2,甲霜灵在草坪根系层和淋溶水中的残留浓度分别于16周和11周后超过0.1mg/kg,对高尔夫球场地表水产生污染;甲霜灵施用量应控制在每周0.15g/m2以下。
