Effect of Acidic Soil on Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Symbiosis of Anthoxanthum Odoratum L.

酸性土壤对黄花茅菌根共生性的影响

Abstract: An investigation was conducted on the arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis of the invading weed plant Anthoxanthum Odoratum L.in the acidic cultivated pasture,as well as on the effect of soil pH to the arbuscular mycorrhizal colonization of A.odoratum.It was found that the occurrence frequency of A.odoratum in the acid penetrated pasture was much higher than the growth of seeded herbages. Mycorrhizal colonization of A.odoratum significantly correlated with the coverage,but not affected by the soil pH.It was the arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis of A.odoratum,which the seeded herbages lacked,that ensured the invading weed to develop and overgrow in the severely acidic soil of the cultivated pasture.

摘要: 研究酸化放牧人工草地主要入侵杂草黄花茅(Anthoxanthum odoratum L.)菌根共生性和土壤酸度对菌根侵染率的影响。结果表明:黄花茅在严重酸化草地的出现频率远高于播种牧草,其菌根侵染率与盖度呈显著正相关。酸性土壤对黄花茅的菌根形成没有显著影响,与播种牧草不同的菌根共生特点是黄花茅在酸化严重的人工草地上侵入和扩大的一个重要原因。
