Abstract:

Leymus chinensis steppe is the best natural steppe type in northern China. Because of overgrazing reclamation and drought in recent years, the degraded area of Leymus chinensis steppe has been expanding year by year, the nutrient value of grass group is reduced and the economic and ecological functions are weakened. The restoration of Leymus chinensis steppe is urgent. However, because of the dry climate and the poor soil, Leymus chinensis steppe repair is facing many problems. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi is widely found in steppe ecosystems and can form symbiosis with host plants, which has many beneficial effects on plants. In this paper, the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on Leymus chinensis steppe were introduced from the aspects of nutrient uptake, growth, stress resistance, rhizosphere soil environment and interspecific relationship, and the prospect of arbuscular mycorrhizal restoration of degraded Leymus chinensis steppe vegetation was made, which was to provide a reference for the study of mycorrhizal remediation of degraded Leymus chinensis steppe.

摘要:

羊草(Leymus chinensis Tzvel.)草原是我国北方地区最好的天然草原类型。由于近年来的过度放牧、开垦破坏与干旱等原因,导致羊草草原退化面积逐年扩大,产草量和草群营养价值降低,经济和生态功能日趋削弱,羊草草原的修复需求是紧迫的。然而,由于气候干旱、土壤贫瘠,羊草草原的修复面临诸多难题。丛枝菌根真菌广泛存在于草原生态系统中,能与宿主植物形成共生体,对植物具有多种有益效应。本文从养分吸收、生长发育、抗逆性、根际土壤环境及种间关系这些方面介绍丛枝菌根真菌对羊草的综合效应,并对丛枝菌根修复退化羊草草原植被提出展望,旨在为开展退化羊草草原的菌根修复研究提供参考。
