Abstract:

The submergence environments of light and dark were set in the laboratory to explore effects of light intensity on the growth of Cynodon dactylon seedlings under flooded environment in this study. The results showed that two kinds of submergence treatments appeared the same trend. The shoots gradually died. Chlorophyll content, root biomass increased significantly. Chlorophyll a/b, soluble sugar contents of leaves and roots, leaf biomass, total biomass and leaf biomass ratio decreased significantly. There were no significant changes of the leaves' and roots' starch contents, the root biomass and stem biomass ratio during the whole treatment period.

摘要:

本研究设置全淹光照和全淹黑暗的生境,探索了水淹环境下光强对狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:两种水淹处理结果相同,均表现为地上部逐渐死亡;叶绿素含量、根生物量比显著升高;叶绿素a/b,根、叶可溶性糖,叶生物量、总生物量以及叶生物量比显著下降;叶、根淀粉含量及根、茎生物量无显著变化。
