羊草有性生殖数量性状对不同外源植物激素喷施时间和浓度的响应

Abstract: Leymus chinensis has strong clonal propagation but weak sexual propagation. Digging rhizomes to rebuild new grassland has a destructive effect on original grassland. Therefore,it's quite important to improve the quantity and quality of L. chinensis seed,which help to restore the L. chinensis population. Plant hormone is kind of micro active substance that affects plant development and reproduction. It has a significant effect on improving crops and fruit yield. Our experiment studied quantitative traits change of sexual reproduction of L. chinensis responding to different exogenous plant hormones concentration and spraying time,and was conducted by spraying GA3,KT and IAA in regreening and tillering stages. The results showed that the sexual reproduction of L. chinensis was affected by the varieties,concentration and spraying time of plant hormones. GA3 and KT had acceleration effect,but IAA had no effect or inhibition effect. The spikelet number and grain weight increased significantly by spraying higher level of GA3 in regreening stage,but not in tillering stage. The spikelet,grain weight,and seeds number were accelerated by spraying KT,more effective with low level than that with high level. Therefore,the GA3 of 150 mol·L-1 in regreening stage and the KT of 75 mol·L-1 in tillering stage were recommended to spray for improving the seeds production of L. chinensis.

摘要: 羊草克隆繁殖能力强,有性繁殖能力弱,提高羊草种子产量和质量对羊草种群恢复具有十分重要的意义。植物激素是一类影响植物发育繁殖的微量物质,本研究在返青期和分蘖期,对羊草叶面喷施不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)、激动素(KT)和生长素(IAA)后,分析了羊草有性生殖数量性状的变化情况。结果表明,羊草有性生殖受外施植物激素的种类、浓度和喷施时间影响。其中,GA3和KT表现为促进作用,但IAA表现为无作用或抑制作用;在返青期喷施高浓度(150 mol·L-1) GA3对小穗数、小花数、结实数、穗重和粒重均有显著提升作用,但在分蘖期施用则不显著;在返青期施用高浓度的KT能有效增加小穗数和粒重,在分蘖期施用两种浓度均能显著增加穗重、粒重和结实数,低浓度的效果优于高浓度。因此,为了提高羊草种子产量,可以选择在返青期喷施150 mol·L-1的GA3,或在分蘖期喷施75 mol·L-1的KT。
