收获时期和青贮时间对羊草裹包青贮品质的影响

Abstract: In the production of Leymus chinensis baled silage,the appropriate harvest periods and silage time are the key factors affecting the silage quality. Different harvesting periods (jointing,heading and flowering) and silage time (15,30,45,60 d) were set with 3 replicates in each group in this experiment to analyze the effects on the quality and microbial quantity of Leymus chinensis baled silage. The results showed that the silage harvested at heading stage and silaged for 45,60 days had higher contents of dry matter,crude protein,soluble carbohydrate and lactic acid,lower contents of pH and ammonia nitrogen,more lactic acid bacteria,and better quality (P<0.05). Reasonable control of silage harvest period and silage time could effectively improve the quality of baled silage,and guarantee the utilization rate of Leymus chinensis resources and the high quality development of the industry.

摘要: 在羊草裹包青贮的生产过程中,适宜的收获时期和青贮时间是影响青贮效果的关键。本试验设置不同收获时期(拔节期,抽穗期,开花期)和青贮时间(15,30,45,60 d),分析其对羊草裹包青贮品质和微生物数量的影响,每组设置3个重复。结果表明,在抽穗期收获,并青贮45,60 d的羊草裹包青贮,其干物质,粗蛋白质,可溶性碳水化合物和乳酸含量较高,pH值和氨态氮含量较低,乳酸菌数量较多,青贮效果较好(P<0.05)。合理调控青贮收获时期和青贮时间,能有效提高羊草裹包青贮饲料的品质,保障羊草资源的利用率和产业的高质量发展。
