Effect of Growth Retardants on Content of Non-structural Carbohydrate and Products of Leymus chinensis

植物生长延缓剂对羊草非结构性碳水化合物含量及产量的影响

Abstract: This study was aimed to investigate the effect of paclobutrazol (PP333),chlormequat (CCC) and trinexapac-ethyl (TE) on the content Non-structural carbohydrates (NSC) and products of Leymus chinensis and to provide a basis for the production of Leymus chinensis in Horqin sandy land. The results showed that:the content of NSC increased by three growth retardants,and TE was the most effective one. After 15 days,the NSC content of Leymus chinensis treated with 1.8 kg·hm-2PP333 was 33.0% higher than that of control (P<0.05). After 30~75 days,the NSC content of Leymus chinensis treated with 1.8 kg·hm-2TE was 29.2%,33.3%,63.4% and 49.3% higher than that of control (P<0.05).The height and products of Leymus chinensis reduced by three growth retardants,and PP333 was the most effective one. So,the content of NSC was not an important indicator of increased production of Leymus chinensis. The products was mainly affected by plant height.

摘要: 本研究通过对羊草(Leymus chinensis)喷施不同浓度的多效唑、矮壮素和抗倒酯,探讨植物生长延缓剂对非结构性碳水化合物含量及产量的影响规律,为科尔沁沙地羊草栽培与生产提供参考。结果表明:3种植物生长延缓剂均提高了羊草非结构性碳水化合物含量,抗倒酯效果最佳。与对照组相比,施药后15 d,1.8 kg·hm-2多效唑处理组非结构性碳水化合物含量提高了33.0%(P<0.05);施药后30~75 d,1.8 kg·hm-2抗倒酯处理组非结构性碳水化合物含量分别提高29.2%,33.3%,63.4%和49.3%(P<0.05)。3种植物生长延缓剂均降低了羊草株高和产量,多效唑效果显著。因此,非结构性碳水化合物含量并不是提升羊草产量的重要指标,羊草产量主要受株高影响。低浓度抗倒酯对羊草产量影响较小,但有效的提高了非结构性碳水化合物含量。
