三江源地区熊蜂物种多样性研究

Abstract: Bumblebees are important pollinating insects in high altitudes areas and play a vital role in maintaining plateau ecosystem balance. This study investigates the species diversity of bumblebees in Sanjiangyuan region to well understand the composition and distribution of these insects. A total of 1 467 bumblebees were collected and the specimen were identified by morphological characteristics and two molecular markers,16S rDNA and COI. 21 species belonging to 9 subgenera were identified,including 2 dominant species,B. kashmirensis and B. waltoni,5 abundant species,5 common species,7 occasional species and 2 rare species. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Margalef species richness index, Pielou evenness index and Berger-Parke dominance index were 2.150 3,2.743 1,0.706 3 and 0.319 7,respectively. There were 7~12 mutual species in each pair administrative regions. The species similarity coefficients among pair administrative regions were distributed on a range of 0.368 4~0.857 1. This research provided basic data for understanding and protecting bumblebee biodiversity in Sanjiangyuan region.

摘要: 熊蜂是高海拔地区的重要传粉昆虫,在维持高原生态系统平衡中发挥重要作用。为了解三江源地区熊蜂组成和分布情况,本研究对该地区熊蜂物种多样性进行了调查,共采集到1 467头熊蜂,利用形态学和基于16S rDNA基因、COI基因的分子生物学对样品进行了鉴定。结果表明,三江源地区有熊蜂21种,隶属9个亚属,其中优势种2种,为克什米尔熊和稳纹熊蜂,丰盛种和常见种均5种,偶见种7种,稀有种2种。该地区Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为2.150 3,Margalef物种丰富度指数为2.743 1,Pielou均匀度指数为0.706 3,Berger-Parker优势度指数为0.3197;各行政区间有7~12种共有种,物种相似性系数在0.368 4~0.857 1之间。本研究结果为了解和保护三江源地区熊蜂生物多样性提供了基础资料。
