芒属植物对3种杂草种子萌发与幼苗生长的化感效应研究

Abstract: The study was designed to explore the allelopathic effects of the extracts from root,stem and leaf of different Miscanthus species. The allelopathic effects were expressed by the effects of extracts on the seed germination and seedling growth of three weeds,Celosia argentea,Amaranthus tricolor and Echinochloa crusgalli. The results showed that significant(P<0.05) allelopathic effects were found out on the indicators of seeds germination rate,germination index,hypocotyl length,radicle length and seedling dry weight. However,some differences in responses were identified out among the three weeds. A general trend of the results were that seed germination and seedling growth of C. argentea and E. crusgalli were improved by the tested Miscanthus extracts,while A. tricolor were inhibited by the treatment of M. lutarioriparius extract. The allelopathic effect of M. sinensis was the strongest,followed by M. floridulus,M.×giganteus and M. lutarioriparius. There were different allelopathic effects among the extracts from different parts of Miscanthus. Root extract of Miscanthus was more potent than leaf extract and stem extract. In summary,according to the synthetical allelopathic effect (SE) on the seed germination and seedling growth,the susceptibility of three texted weed species to the extracts of different parts of Miscanthus was C. argentea>E.crusgalli>A. tricolor.

摘要: 为了探究芒属植物(Miscanthus spp.)的化感效应和作用规律,本试验采用室内生物学测定方法,研究南荻(Miscanthus lutarioriparius)、芒(Miscanthus sinensis)、五节芒(Miscanthus floridulus)、奇岗(Miscanthus×giganteus)不同部位(根、茎、叶)浸提液对青葙(Celosia argentea)、苋(Amaranthus tricolor)、稗(Echinochloa crusgalli)3种杂草种子的萌发与幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同种芒草根、茎、叶浸提液对3种杂草发芽率、发芽指数、胚轴长、胚根长、幼苗干重具有显著的化感作用(P<0.05),且3种杂草之间存在一定的差异,不同种芒草浸提液对青葙、稗的化感效应整体表现为促进作用,而南荻浸提液对苋表现为抑制作用;不同芒草浸提液对3种杂草化感效应表现为芒>五节芒>奇岗>南荻;芒草不同部位浸提液间的化感效应不同,表现为根浸提液>叶浸提液>茎浸提液。结合种子萌发与幼苗生长的综合化感指数,3种受试植物对不同芒草不同部位化感作用的敏感程度为青葙>稗>苋。
