Analysis on Salt Tolerance of 12 Poa pratensis Varieties at Seedling Stage

12个草地早熟禾品种幼苗耐盐性分析

Abstract: In this study,12 varieties of Poa pratensis were used as experimental materials,four physiological indicators,that is root length,chlorophyll content,relative electrical conductivity,and relative water content of the seedlings of those varieties were measured under different concentrations of NaCl stress. In order to preliminary investigate and screen out the varieties of Poa pratensis with a good salt tolerance,the salt tolerance of tested varieties of P. pratensis was comprehensively evaluated through the membership function analysis. The results showed that the chlorophyll content,root length and relative water content of 12 bluegrass varieties showed a decreasing trend with the increase of salt concentration;there was no significant difference in relative conductivity between ‘Taecun’‘Explorer’‘Fighter’‘Smurfs’‘Ruyi’‘Blue Dream’‘Mercury’‘Midnight’ and ‘Eva’. As the salt concentration increases,the relative conductivity of ‘Pentium’ and ‘Diva’ showed an upward trend. When treated with 0 and 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl,‘Pentium’ showed the best salt tolerance traits,and when treated with 200 and 300 mmol·L-1 NaCl,‘Jenny’‘Explorer’ and ‘Midnight’ showed the best salt tolerance traits. ‘Mercury’ showed a poor salt tolerance under four concentrations of NaCl stress.

摘要: 本试验以12个草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)品种作为材料,测定和分析了不同NaCl浓度溶液处理幼苗的根长、叶片的叶绿素含量、相对电导率、相对含水量四个生理指标,进而对草地早熟禾的耐盐性开展了综合评价。结果表明:12个草地早熟禾品种叶绿素含量、根长和相对含水量随着NaCl浓度的增加呈下降趋势;'踏春''探险家''斗士''蓝精灵''如意''蓝之梦''水星''午夜''爱娃'相对电导率差异不显著;'奔腾'和'迪瓦'随着盐浓度增加,相对电导率呈上升趋势;0和100 mmol·L-1NaCl处理时,'奔腾'耐盐性状表现最优,200和300 mmol·L-1NaCl处理时,'洁妮''探险家''午夜'耐盐性状表现最优。'水星'在4个NaCl浓度处理的耐盐性状均表现较差。
