晋北盐渍化草地植物-土壤微量元素对氮添加的响应

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of nitrogen addition on trace elements in the grassland ecosystem under different nitrogen deposition background,8 plant-soil trace elements of the salinized grassland in northern Shanxi Province were studied on the salinized grassland in the staggered zone of Youyu County,Shanxi Province. The results show that (1) nitrogen addition significantly reduced the soil effective copper and iron concentration,as well as the Cu∶Mn and Fe∶Mn ratios. (2) Nitrogen addition significantly increased the leaf Cu and Zn concentration while reduced Fe concentration,but it had no significant effect on Mn. (3) Nitrogen addition significantly increased the ratio of Cu∶Fe,Zn∶Fe and Zn∶Mn in grass leaves,and reduced the ratio of Fe∶Mn. (4)There was a significant negative correlation between leaf Cu and soil effective Cu,but had no significant with other elements and the effectiveness of soil elements,and the ratio of soil Cu∶Zn,Cu∶Fe and Cu∶Mn and leaf Cu∶Zn,Cu∶Fe,Cu∶Zn,Cu∶Mn had a significant negative correlation,while soil Fe:Mn and leaf Fe:Mn had a significant positive correlation. The above results suggest that the nitrogen addition alters the concentration and stoichiometric ratio of plant trace elements,which are regulated by the measurement ratio of soil elements.

摘要: 为探究不同氮沉降背景下草地生态系统中氮添加对微量元素的影响,以山西省右玉县农牧交错带盐渍化草地为研究对象,对8个水平氮添加处理下晋北盐渍化草地的植物-土壤微量元素进行研究。结果表明:(1)随着氮添加水平的提高,土壤有效铜浓度、有效铁浓度、Cu:Mn和Fe∶Mn显著降低,而土壤有效锌和锰浓度无显著影响;(2)氮添加显著提高叶片Cu和Zn浓度,降低Fe浓度,而对Mn无显著影响;(3)氮添加显著提高赖草叶片的Cu∶Fe、Zn∶Fe和Zn∶Mn,降低Fe∶Mn;(4)叶片Cu和土壤有效Cu显著负相关,叶片元素与土壤元素有效性无显著相关性,而土壤Cu∶Zn、Cu∶Fe和Cu∶Mn与叶片Cu∶Zn、Cu∶Fe和Cu∶Mn呈显著负相关,土壤Fe∶Mn与叶片Fe∶Mn呈显著正相关。以上结果表明氮添加改变植物微量元素浓度与化学计量比,而植物微量元素化学计量比受土壤元素计量比的调控。
