了墩黄芪化学成分分析与营养价值评价

Abstract: To evaluate the potential for resource utilization and development of Astragalus pavlovii, this study systematically analyzed its chemical composition and nutritional value through preliminary chemical screening, thin-layer chromatography, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, and phytochemical nutrient analysis. Results revealed that Astragalus pavlovii contains alkaloids, cardiac glycosides, flavonoids, organic acids, quinones, volatile oils, and steroids or triterpenoids. TLC analysis identified 7 alkaloids in the alkaline chloroform fraction and 5 alkaloids in the alkaline n-butanol fraction. Swainsonine content was quantified as 0.00778‰. Proximate nutritional analysis showed dry matter (93.52%), crude protein (12.38%), crude fat (1.07%), crude fiber (46.94%), crude ash (4.52%), and nitrogen-free extract (28.61%). The plant exhibited abundant mineral elements including calcium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, and magnesium. Ten amino acids were detected with a total content of 0.105 13%, of which essential amino acids accounted for 45.66%. These findings demonstrate that Astragalus pavlovii, classified as a locoweed species, possesses comprehensive nutritional components including substantial minerals and diverse amino acids. While containing swainsonine, it may serve as a potential forage resource during periods of edible forage scarcity. Practical utilization strategies should involve controlled feeding amounts, intermittent feeding protocols, or detoxification through ensiling to ensure livestock's safe consumption over short-term periods.

摘要: 为评价了墩黄芪资源化开发利用的可能性,本试验采用化学成分系统预试、薄层色谱分析、液相色谱-质谱检测和植物营养成分检测,分析了墩黄芪的化学成分并评价其营养价值。结果显示,了墩黄芪含有生物碱、强心苷类、黄酮类、有机酸、醌类、挥发油、甾体或三萜类化合物;薄层色谱结果显示碱性氯仿部分含有7种生物碱,碱性正丁醇部分含有5种生物碱;苦马豆素含量为0.007 78‰;常规营养成分含量分别为干物质93.52%、粗蛋白12.38%、粗脂肪1.07%、粗纤维46.94%、粗灰分4.52%和无氮浸出物28.61%;钙、磷、铁、锰、镁等矿物质元素含量较为丰富;含有10种氨基酸,总含量为0.105 13%,必需氨基酸占比45.66%。因此,了墩黄芪为疯草类植物,常规营养成分和矿物质元素丰富,氨基酸种类比较齐全,在可食用牧草匮乏时可作为一种潜在牧草资源,短期内通过控制饲喂量、间歇饲喂或青贮脱毒后供牲畜食用。
