不同采集地梭罗草种子萌发特征和幼苗抗旱性研究

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of water stress on the seed germination and seedling growth of Kengyilia thoroldiana, this study used seeds of four geographical populations of K. thoroldiana in Qinghai Province as the research object, and the physiological indexes of seed germination and seedling growth of K. thoroldiana were determined by simulating water stress environment with different PEG concentrations. The results showed that the seed germination and seedling growth of K. thoroldiana were inhibited under drought stress. With the increase of drought stress, the seed germination rate, germination index, seedling height and radicle length of K. thoroldiana decreased continuously. Under mild drought stress (-0.2 MPa, -0.4 MPa), the germination rate, germination rate, germination index and simplified vigor index were all higher, and the seedlings grew and developed faster. Waterlogging (0.0 MPa) or drought (-0.8 MPa, -1.0 MPa, -1.2 MPa) inhibited seed germination and seedling growth. Correlation analysis showed that except for malondialdehyde, the other 14 seed germination and seedling growth related indexes were positively correlated. The evaluation of Fuzzy membership function analysis showed that the order of seed germination ability of K. thoroldiana from strong to weak was Tanggula Mountain Town > Qumahe Township > Huashixia Township > Shanglaxiu Township.

摘要: 为探究水分胁迫对梭罗草(Kengyilia thoroldiana)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,本研究以青海省4个地理种群梭罗草种子为研究对象,采用不同PEG浓度溶液模拟水分胁迫环境,测定4个采集地梭罗草种子萌发和幼苗生长生理相关指标。结果表明,干旱胁迫下4个采集地梭罗草种子萌发和幼苗生长发育均受到抑制,随干旱胁迫程度增加,梭罗草种子发芽率、发芽指数及幼苗高度和胚根长度不断降低。轻度干旱胁迫(-0.2 MPa,-0.4 MPa)时,萌发速率、发芽率、发芽指数和简化活力指数均较高,幼苗生长发育较快;水涝(0.0 MPa)或干旱(-0.8 MPa,-1.0 MPa,-1.2 MPa)抑制种子萌发和幼苗生长。相关性分析表明,除丙二醛外,其余14种种子萌发和幼苗生长相关指标之间均呈正相关关系。隶属函数评价表明,4个采集地梭罗草种子萌发能力由强到弱依次为:唐古拉山镇>曲麻河乡>花石峡乡>上拉秀乡。
