不同类型城市草地土壤可溶性有机碳的特征

Abstract: To explore the influence of urban grassland types on soil DOC and its characteristics, this study took the urban green space ecosystem in Beijing as research object. Four treatments were established: bare land, cool-season grassland, warm-season grassland, and urban understory ground cover. The soil DOC content was measured, and the spectral characteristics of soil dissolved organic matter (DOM) were analyzed by using ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that compared to the bare land, the DOC content of the cool-season grassland surface soil was significantly decreased by 30% (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference from warm-season grassland and urban understory ground. The UV spectra showed there was no significant difference between the aromaticity and the hydrophobicity of the DOM among the treatments. The fluorescence spectra showed that the DOM of urban grasslands had mixed source characteristics. In compared with the bare land, the humization process of the urban grasslands was enhanced but self-source contribution was decreased, with strong microbial activity but weak bio-availability. The results showed that the dynamic of DOC in urban grassland was regulated by vegetation type, management measures and microbial activity. The optimization of fertilization management and the consideration of carbon sequestration type of grass species could enhance the function and stability of urban soil carbon sequestration, which provided theoretical support for the improvement of urban green space ecological function.

摘要: 为探究城市草地类型对土壤可溶性有机碳(Dissolved organic carbon,DOC)及其特征的影响,本试验以北京市城市绿地生态系统为研究对象,设置裸地、冷季型草坪、暖季型草坪和林下地被四种处理,测定土壤DOC含量,利用紫外可见光谱和三维荧光光谱分析土壤可溶性有机质(Dissolved organic matter,DOM)的光谱特征。结果显示:与裸地相比,冷季型草坪表层土壤DOC含量显著降低30%(P<0.05),而暖季型草坪、林下地被差异均不显著。紫外光谱显示,各处理DOM的芳香性与疏水性无显著差异。荧光光谱表明,城市草地DOM具有一定混合来源特征,城市草地腐殖化进程较裸地增强但自生源贡献降低,城市草地微生物活动较强但生物可利用性弱。研究表明:城市草地DOC动态受植被类型、管理措施及微生物活动多因素协同调控,优化草坪的施肥管理,考虑所选草种固碳类型,可增强城市土壤碳固存功能及稳定性,为城市绿地生态功能提升提供理论支撑。
