科尔沁沙地春播不同苜蓿品种建植当年生产性能及其与秋眠级之间关系研究

Abstract: A single-factor randomized block design was used to measure the dry matter yield, dry-to-fresh ratio, crude protein content, and relative feed value of spring-sown ‘WL’ series alfalfa (Medicago sativa) varieties in the Horqin Sandy Land during the year of establishment. Multivariate analysis was employed to explore the effects of fall dormancy grade and type on the production performance. The results showed that the dry matter yield of the first and second cuttings accounted for over 60% of the total annual yield for all tested varieties, and the yield of the fourth cutting was significantly lower than that of the other cuttings (P<0.05). ‘WL366HQ’and ‘WL349HQ’exhibited the highest total annual dry matter yield. Fall dormancy grade and type had no significant effects on dry weight or crude protein content, with negligible effect sizes, but significantly influenced relative feed value (P<0.05). In conclusion: (1) For spring-sown alfalfa varieties in the Horqin Sandy Land, production performance during the year of establishment varied significantly among varieties and was not related to fall dormancy rating. (2) ‘WL349HQ’and ‘WL366HQ’ demonstrated the best production performance. The first and second cuttings contributed 60% of the total annual yield. Therefore, variety selection should prioritize total annual forage yield (i.e., production performance) rather than fall dormancy rating.

摘要: 研究采用单因素随机区组设计,测定科尔沁沙地春播‘WL’系列紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)品种建植当年的干物质产量、干鲜比、粗蛋白、相对饲喂价值,并运用多变量分析法探究秋眠级、秋眠型对建植当年紫花苜蓿生产性能的影响。结果表明:各供试品种第一茬和第二茬干物质产量占全年总干物质产量的比例超过60%,且第四茬干物质产量显著低于其他茬次(P<0.05);‘WL366HQ’‘WL349HQ’的全年总干物质产量最高;秋眠级与秋眠型对干重、粗蛋白影响均不显著,效应值小,对相对饲喂价值影响均显著(P<0.05)。综上,(1)科尔沁沙地春播不同紫花苜蓿品种,建植当年不同品种的生产性能差异较大,且与秋眠级无关;(2)在科尔沁沙地春播‘WL349HQ’和‘WL366HQ’这两个品种建植当年生产性能最好,第一茬和第二茬产量占全年产量的60%,选择品种时应重点考虑该品种的生产性能,而不是秋眠级。
