Abstract: Establishing an efficient genome editing system in forage oats has long been a crucial approach for oat germplasm innovation. However， due to the hexaploid nature of forage oats， genetic transformation efficiency is relatively low， posing significant challenges in creating new germplasms using genome editing technology. Here， the genetic transformation efficiency of forage oats was significantly improved through the exogenous addition of small peptides. Simultaneously， genome editing efficiency was enhanced by employing T5E fusion proteins， leading to the development of an independent intellectual property genome editing technology system for forage oats with an editing efficiency of 20%. Additionally， a multi-genome editing system for forage oats was established with an editing efficiency of 23%， and a single base editing system for forage oats was developed with an editing efficiency of 21.4%. The establishment of highly efficient genetic transformation and genome editing systems for oats holds significant importance for gene function research and germplasm innovation in forage oats.

摘要： 创建饲用燕麦（Avena sativa）高效基因编辑体系一直是燕麦种质创新的重要途径。然而，因为饲用燕麦为异源六倍体，遗传转化效率较低，利用基因编辑技术创制新种质存在较大困难。本研究通过外源添加小肽显著提高了饲用燕麦遗传转化效率，同时通过T5E融合蛋白提高基因编辑效率，建立了饲用燕麦自主知识产权、多基因和单碱基三种基因编辑技术体系，编辑效率分别为20%，23%和 21.4%。本研究建立的燕麦高效的遗传转化和基因编辑体系对于饲用燕麦基因功能研究和种质创新具有重要意义。
