盐胁迫对碱茅根际磷转运相关功能基因及微生物群落的影响

Abstract: The effects of salt stress on phosphorus transport-related microorganisms in the plant rhizosphere under sufficient nutrient conditions remain unclear. In this study， Puccinellia tenuiflora was used as the experimental material， and a pot experiment was conducted with four salt stress levels： control， mild， moderate， and severe salt stress. Metagenomic sequencing was employed to analyze the abundance of phosphorus transport functional genes， microbial community structure， and their potential driving factors in rhizosphere soil. The results showed that， compared with the control， severe salt stress significantly increased the relative abundances of the secondary inorganic phosphorus transport genes phnC， phnD， and phnE by 11.2%， 16.2%， and 14.0%， respectively， and increased the relative abundance of the C-P lyase-encoding gene phnK by 3.7% （P<0.05）. However， the abundances of genes related to primary inorganic phosphorus transport and the glycerol-3-phosphate transport system showed no significant changes. Salt stress significantly increased the species richness index of phosphorus transport-related microorganisms and significantly altered their community structure at the genus level， but had no significant effect on the species diversity index. Path analysis indicated that the salt stress indirectly regulated phosphorus transport-related microbial communities and functional gene abundance mainly by significantly affecting soil electrical conductivity and water content. This study provides a scientific basis for understanding the response patterns of phosphorus transport-related microorganisms in the plant rhizosphere under salt stress.

摘要： 盐胁迫对养分充足条件下植物根际磷转运相关微生物的影响尚不明确，本研究以碱茅（Puccinellia tenuiflora）为材料，设置对照、轻度、中度和重度盐胁迫盆栽处理，利用宏基因组测序分析根际土壤磷转运功能基因丰度、微生物群落结构及其驱动因素。结果表明：与对照相比，重度盐胁迫分别显著提高了次级无机磷转运基因phnC，phnD和phnE的相对丰度，分别增加了11.2%，16.2%和14.0%，同时使C-P裂解酶编码基因phnK的相对丰度提高了3.7%（P<0.05），而初级无机磷转运及甘油-3-磷酸转运系统相关基因丰度无显著变化；盐胁迫显著提高了磷转运相关微生物物种丰富度指数，并显著改变其属水平的群落结构，但未显著影响物种多样性指数。路径结果分析表明，盐胁迫主要通过显著影响土壤电导率和含水量，间接调控磷转运相关微生物群落及功能基因丰度。本研究为理解盐胁迫下植物根际磷转运相关微生物的响应规律提供科学依据。
