10个野生一年生早熟禾种质耐盐性综合评价

Abstract: To investigate the salt tolerance of wild Annual bluegrass (Poa annua L.) germplasm resources in Northwest China, ten wild populations collected from Lanzhou (LZ), Jiuquan (JQ), Maiji (MJ), Zhangye (ZY), Huangzhong (HZ), Wuwei (WW), Baiyin (BY), Jinchang (JC), Xihe (XH), and Zhouqu (ZQ) were used as experimental materials. A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different soil salinity levels (0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, and 1.1%) on plant growth, cell membrane system, and osmotic adjustment system of P. annua, and to comprehensively evaluate their salt tolerance. The results showed that with increasing salt stress, plant height, leaf length, leaf width, and potassium and calcium ion contents of the ten germplasms decreased gradually, whereas relative electrical conductivity, malondialdehyde content, free proline content, soluble sugar content, and sodium ion content increased. The overall salt tolerance of the germplasms was ranked as LZ>JQ>BY>JC>ZY>WW>HZ>ZQ>XH>MJ. At a soil salinity level of 0.8%, theLZ and JQ exhibited lower salt injury than the others, indicating stronger salt tolerance, and suggesting their potential for cultivation in saline soils of Northwest China.

摘要: 为研究西北地区一年生早熟禾(Poa annua L.)种质资源耐盐性强弱,本试验以兰州(LZ)、酒泉(JQ)、麦积(MJ)、张掖(ZY)、湟中(HZ)、武威(WW)、白银(BY)、金昌(JC)、西和(XH)和舟曲(ZQ)10个地方野生一年生早熟禾种质为材料,采用盆栽模拟法,探究了不同土壤含盐量(0.2%,0.5%,0.8%,1.1%)处理对一年生早熟禾生长、细胞膜系统及渗透调节系统的影响,并对其耐盐性进行了综合评价。结果表明:随盐胁迫程度的加剧,10个野生一年生早熟禾种质的株高、叶长、叶宽、钾离子及钙离子含量均呈下降趋势,相对电导率、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量及钠离子含量呈上升趋势,耐盐性由强至弱依次是LZ>JQ>BY>JC>ZY>WW>HZ>ZQ>XH>MJ。土壤含盐量为0.8%时,兰州和酒泉种质盐害等级轻于其他种质,耐盐性较强,具有在西北土壤盐渍化地区种植的潜力。
