Abstract: A strain of Beauveria tenella were separated from the grub's bodies which were natural1y infected and died on the pasture of Hunan Nanshan State Farm.The infection to living grubs with the B.tenellawere studied in the laboratory and on the sown pasture.The results showed that while spore solution of B.tenella was used in the laboratory to infect the living grubs, the infection rate reached 64.6～92.1% within 30 days.While the experiments were carried out on the sown pasture, the fungi powder of B.tenella whichcultivated on wheatbran and mixed with fine soil were spreaded on the pasture ground and the infection ratewas over 70% within 20 days.

摘要： 从湖南南山牧场草地上自然罹病的蛴螬虫体上分离出一株卵孢白僵菌。在室内和野外人工草地进行蛴螬活虫感染试验,结果表明,在室内用卵孢白僵菌孢子液感染蛴螬活虫,30天内蛴螬感染率达64.6-92.1%;野外草地试验,用卵孢白僵菌制成菌剂拌少量细土撤于地表,20天内,蛴螬感染率为70%以上。
