Abstract: 30 seed lots of alfalfa (Medicago sativa) and 11 sweetclover (Melilotus alba, M.officinalis) were identified.After the seeds were treated by sucking water and seed-coats cut, the seeds of alfalfa may ap pear write-yellowish fluorescence under ultra-violet light, but sweetclover seeds do not.The fluorescence test have identical results with field identification.Occurrently, this method is an exact and rapid identification technique for alfalfa seeds identification, it only needs 10 hours.

摘要: 对30份紫花苜蓿和11份草木樨种样进行不同处理后用荧光分析法进行鉴定,以寻求准确、快速鉴别种子的方法。结果表明:经吸胀与切度处理,供试苜蓿种子均可在紫外光下发出白黄荧光,而草木樨种子则不能。该法对苜蓿和草木樨种子的鉴定仅需10小时,与田间鉴定结果一致。用荧光分析法鉴定苜蓿与草木樨种子不仅准确可靠,而且快速简便。
