Resistance Evaluation of Selected Tall Fescue Varieties to Pythium Blight Caused by Pythium aphanidermatum

高羊茅对瓜果腐霉引起的草坪草腐霉枯萎病的抗病性评价

Abstract: The survival rate, plant height, biomass, electrical conductivity and proline content of 44 tall fescue varieties imported from seven countries at seeding stage were measured after soil inoculation. The resistances of 44 tall fescue varieties to Pythium blight were comprehensively analyzed by principal component analysis. Results indicated that after inoculating Pythium aphanidermatum, Jaguar 3G, Quest, Innovationist, Arid 3 and Lindbergh varieties had higher resistance and WG3B, Plato, Crossfire Ⅱ,Sofia No.5, Aristotle varieties had moderate resistance to Pythium blight. While many tested varieties were susceptible to Pythium blight, especially 92-116, Easycare, Jaguar 4G and Super Watch Dog were much higher susceptible to Pythium blight.

摘要: 采用土壤接菌法,对来自7个国家的44份高羊茅(Festuca arundinace Schreb.)种质材料进行了苗期抗腐霉枯萎病性状评价。通过对存活率、株高、生物量等形态指标和质膜电导率、游离脯氨酸含量等生理指标的测定,并利用主成分分析法对其进行了抗病性综合评价。结果表明:接种瓜果腐霉菌(Pythium aphanidermatum)后,抗腐霉枯萎病较强的高羊茅种质材料有追寻者、蒂坦、爱瑞3及奥运金牌等;抗病性中等的材料有米斯特拉尔、阿里安尼、交战2号、巴塞尔等;抗病性较差的材料有猎狗6号、柏拉图、易凯、野传等。因此追寻者、蒂坦、爱瑞3等抗性较强的材料值得在生产中进行推广应用。
