Study of Dynamic Accumulation of Nutrient Substances in Ceratocephalus testiculatus and Its Spatial-temporal Distribution Pattern

角果毛茛营养物质积累动态及其时空分布格局研究

Abstract: The contents of six nutrient substances in different growth periods and vegetative organs of Ceratocephalus testiculatus grown in the Testudo horsfieldi natural reserve in Xinjiang were determined to provide the reference for the natural reserve management and the food constitution under captivity by analyzing its dynamic accumulation and its special-temporal pattern. Results showed that among three growth stages, the contents of tested nutrient substances except vitamin C and ash reached the highest levels during the flowing stage; the contents of soluble protein, water soluble carbohydrate and vitamin C were low in three vegetative organs; the variation tendencies of both water soluble carbohydrate and soluble protein contents were from low to high then low again.

摘要: 采用常规方法对新疆伊犁四爪陆龟(Testudo horsfieldi)保护区角果毛茛(Ceratocephalus testiculatus)在不同生育期及营养器官中6种营养物质含量进行测定,分析了积累动态及其时空分布格局,以期为四爪陆龟保护区管理和人工圈养环境下食物组成提供参考依据。结果表明:在3个生育期内,除维生素C和灰分外,其他营养物质含量均以开花期植株为高;在3大营养器官内,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和维生素C在各生育期内含量均少;可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量从营养期直至结实期,在根、茎、叶中均表现出含量由低到高再降低的变化特点。
