不同杂交桑饲用生产性能初步研究

Abstract:

The production performance, nutrition composition, amino acid of four mulberry (Morus alba) varieties growing in the regions of Hunan dry land are comparatively investigated. The results show that the four varieties of mulberry all adapt well to the soil, climate and other natural conditions of Hunan province and all grow well with above 25% dry matter and more than 22% crude protein.All kinds of amino acid have identical ratios. The nutrients of mulberry leaves are very complete as livestock and poultry feed. Yuesang11 variety has the highest fresh yield and crude protein content (14.28 t·hm-2 and 23.22%). Guisangyou12 has the highest total amino acid content (19.58%). Therefore, all tested varieties have popularization value.

摘要:

在湖南省农牧区旱地,对4个饲料桑(Morus alba)品种(系)的生产性能、营养成分及氨基酸含量等进行比较研究。结果表明:4个品种(系)均能适应该省土壤、气候等自然条件且长势良好,其干物质含量均在25%左右,粗蛋白含量均在22%以上,各种氨基酸比例趋向一致,桑叶作为畜禽饲料养分很全面。粤桑11产量、干粗蛋白含量均为最高,分别为达14.28 t·hm-2和23.22%;桂桑优12总氨基酸量最高为19.58%。4个品种(系)间虽有差异但各有优势,因此均具有良好的推广价值。
