入侵植物少花蒺藜草水浸提液对3种牧草种子萌发的化感效应

Abstract: To investigate the allelopathy of Cenchrus spinifex on Medicago sativa Linn.,Glycine soja Siebold & Zucc.,Leymus chinensis (Trin. ex Bunge) Tzvelev seed germination,the culture dish method was used to study the effects of different water extracts concentrations (1.25%,2.5%,5.00%,10.00%) from different parts (litter,seed,root,stem,leaf) of C. spinifex on the seed germination of three forages. The results showed that water extracts from different parts of C. spinifex had different allelopathic effects,1.25% seed water extracts,1.25% and 10.00% litter water extracts had the promoting effects on the seed germination of M. sativa. Among them,the allelopathy of 1.25% seed water extract was the strongest,and its synthesis effect index was 0.05. The various concentrations of other parts water extracts all had inhibitory effects on seed germination of M. sativa;the all parts water extract of C. spinifex had inhibitory effects on seed germination of G. soja. Among them,10.00% leaf water extract completely inhibited the seed germination of G. soja;10.00% seed water extract had the strongest inhibitory effect on the seeds of L. chinensis,and synthesis effect index was -0.76.

摘要: 为探究少花蒺藜草(Cenchrus spinifex)的入侵对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa Linn.)、野大豆(Glycine soja Siebold & Zucc.)和羊草(Leymus chinensis (Trin. ex Bunge) Tzvelev)种子萌发的化感作用,本试验采用培养皿法研究少花蒺藜草各部位(凋落物、种子、根、茎、叶)不同浓度水浸提液(1.25 %,2.50%,5.00%,10.00%)对3种牧草种子萌发的影响。结果表明:少花蒺藜草的不同部位水浸提液化感作用不同,1.25% 种子水浸提液与10.00%种子、凋落物水浸提液对紫花苜蓿种子萌发具有促进作用,其中1.25% 种子水浸提液作用最强,综合化感效应指数为0.05,其他部位各浓度水浸提液对紫花苜蓿种子萌发均具有抑制作用;少花蒺藜草各部位水浸提液对野大豆种子萌发均具有抑制作用,其中10.00%叶水浸提液完全抑制了野大豆种子萌发;10.00%种子水浸提液对羊草种子抑制作用最强,综合化感效应指数为-0.76。
