青海草原毛虫雌雄成虫翅的感器种类与分布

Abstract: Gynaephora qinghaiensis is one of the major pests in alpine meadows,and the flying ability of the male adult caterpillar can spread the damage. The aim of this study was to clarify the types,distribution and ultrastructure of the sensilla on the wings of adult Gynaephora qinghaiensis females and males,and to hypothesize the functions of each sensilla. Scanning electron microscopy was utilized to observe the types of sensory apparatus and the morphological structure of the wings of male and female adults of Gynaephora qinghaiensis. The results showed that seven types of sensilla were found on the wings of both male and female adult of Gynaephora qinghaiensis,namely,sensilla trichodea (type I,type II,type III and type IV),sensilla chaetica (type I and type II),sensilla ligulate,sensilla furcation,sensilla basiconica,sensilla finger and sensilla teardroop. Among them,the hair-shaped sensilla were the most numerous and more widely distributed. Based on previous studies of the sensilla of other insect tissues,we analyzed the ultrastructure of the sensilla of male and female adult caterpillars of Gynaephora qinghaiensis and speculated its functions,which would lay a foundation for the morphology,flight ability and searching for control targets of Gynaephora qinghaiensis.

摘要: 青海草原毛虫(Gynaephora qinghaiensis)是高山草甸上的重大害虫之一,雄成虫具有飞行能力能够扩散危害。本研究利用扫描电子显微镜观察青海草原毛虫雌雄成虫翅的感器种类和形态结构,旨在明确青海草原毛虫雌雄成虫翅的感器种类及分布特征并推测各感器的功能。结果表明:青海草原毛虫雌雄成虫翅共发现7种感器,分别是毛形感器(I型、II型、III型和IV型)、刺形感器(I型和II型)、舌形感器、叉形感器、锥形感器、指形感器、水滴形感器。其中,毛形感器数量最多,分布较广泛。本研究基于前人对其他昆虫各组织的感器研究,对青海草原毛虫雌雄成虫翅感器的超微结构进行分析并推测其功能,这将为青海草原毛虫的形态学、飞行能力及寻找防治靶标奠定基础。
