紫花苜蓿氮效率差异对其根际土壤养分特性及微生物群落特征的影响

Abstract: To explore the effects of different nitrogen efficiency of alfalfa on nutrient characteristics and microbial community characteristics of rhizosphere soil, this study took alfalfa with high nitrogen efficiency (‘LW6010’) and alfalfa with low nitrogen efficiency (‘Longdong’ alfalfa) as experimental materials, and studied the effects of nitrogen application on its rhizosphere soil nutrients and enzymes under the conditions of no nitrogen (N0) and 103.5 kg·hm-2 (pure N). The results showed that under two nitrogen levels, the rhizosphere soil total nitrogen, available nitrogen, organic matter, microbial biomass carbon content and enzyme activity of nitrogen-efficient type alfalfa ‘LW6010’ were significantly higher than those of nitrogen-inefficient alfalfa type ‘Longdong’ alfalfa, while pH value was significantly lower than ‘Longdong’ alfalfa (P<0.05). Under the treatment of nitrogen application, the richness and diversity index of rhizosphere soil bacterial community of nitrogen-efficient type alfalfa ‘LW6010’ were higher than those of nitrogen-inefficient type alfalfa ‘Longdong’ alfalfa. In summary, nutrient content and soil enzyme activity of nitrogen-efficient alfalfa ‘LW6010’ were significantly higher than those of nitrogen-inefficient alfalfa ‘Longdong’ alfalfa, and the abundance of beneficial bacteria, such as Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes and Pseudomonas, etc., in rhizosphere soil of ‘LW6010’ was higher than that of ‘Longdong’ alfalfa, which was more conducive to improving soil fertility.

摘要: 为探究紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)氮效率差异对其根际土壤养分特性及微生物群落特征的影响,本研究以氮高效型紫花苜蓿(‘LW6010’)和氮低效型紫花苜蓿(‘陇东’苜蓿)为试验材料,在不施氮(N0)和施氮103.5 kg·hm-2(纯N)条件下对其根际土壤养分、酶活性及微生物群落特征的差异进行了研究。结果表明:氮高效型紫花苜蓿‘LW6010’的根际土壤全氮、碱解氮、有机质、微生物量碳含量和土壤酶活性均显著高于‘陇东’苜蓿,而pH值显著低于‘陇东’苜蓿(P<0.05)。在施氮处理下,紫花苜蓿‘LW6010’的根际土壤细菌群落丰富度和多样性指数均高于‘陇东’苜蓿。综上所述,氮高效型紫花苜蓿‘LW6010’的根际土壤养分含量和土壤酶活性均显著高于氮低效型‘陇东’苜蓿,且‘LW6010’的根际土壤变形菌门、拟杆菌门和假单胞菌属等有益菌群的丰度均高于‘陇东’苜蓿,更有利于提高土壤肥力。
