干燥方式与时间对天然牧草营养品质和叶绿素含量的影响

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effects of various drying times and methods on the nutritional quality and chlorophyll contents of natural grassland forage during the drying process. The experimental materials comprised natural forage sourced from a representative area in Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia. Two drying methods were implemented: shade drying and natural drying. Samples were collected at intervals of 0 h, 12 h, 24 h, 36 h, 48 h, 60 h, and 72 h. The chlorophyll contents (including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and total chlorophyll) and nutritional quality of the forage were analyzed under these varying conditions. Results indicated that forages dried using the shade method exhibited significantly higher levels of chlorophyll, dry matter (DM), and crude protein (CP) compared to those dried naturally. Furthermore, as drying time increased, a downward trend was observed in chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, DM, and CP, while the concentrations of acid detergent fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) increased. The interaction between drying time and method significantly influenced both chlorophyll contents and nutritional quality (P<0.05). In conclusion, comprehensive analysis indicates that, under favorable conditions, shade drying is recommended as the optimal method for hay preparation in the typical grasslands of Xilin Gol League.

摘要: 为探明在天然草原牧草干燥过程中不同干燥时间和干燥方式对天然草原牧草干草营养品质和叶绿素含量的影响,本研究以内蒙古锡林浩特市典型草原代表地区天然牧草为试验材料,设置不同干燥方式(阴干和自然干燥),在天然草原牧草干燥0 h,12 h,24 h,36 h,48 h,60 h,72 h进行取样,测定不同处理下天然草原牧草干草叶绿素(叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素)含量和营养品质。结果表明:阴干的干燥方式下天然牧草干草的叶绿素、干物质和粗蛋白含量显著高于自然干燥方式下,随着干燥时间的延长,天然牧草干草的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、干物质和粗蛋白含量均呈下降趋势,酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量呈上升趋势;不同干燥时间和干燥方式交互作用对天然草原牧草干草叶绿素含量和营养品质影响显著(P<0.05)。综合分析表明,锡林浩特市典型草原在干草调制过程中条件允许的情况下应选择阴干的干燥方式。
