Effects of Cellulose-Degrading Bacteria on Fermentation Quality and Fiber Content of Rice Straw Silage

纤维降解菌对水稻秸秆青贮发酵品质和纤维含量的影响

Abstract: To investigate the effect of cellulose degrading bacteria on fermentation quality and the cellulase content, Cellulomonas iranensis (CE) and Bacillus safensis (BS), which have strong cellulose-degrading capability,were used to add in the rice straw sliage. On day 14 and 30, we determined the fermentation quality and cellulase content. After 14 days of anaerobic fermentation, the CEcould significantly reduce the pH value, ammonia nitrogen content and increase crude protein content of the rice straw (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the addition of BS and CE significantly reduced the pH value (P<0.05), the crude fiber and hemicellulose content of rice straw. After 30 days of fermentation, compared with the control group, The BS could significantly reduce the dry matter, mold number and propionic acid content of rice straw (P<0.05), and significantly increase the crude protein content of straw (P<0.05). CE could significantly reduce the pH, dry matter, ammonia nitrogen content and mold number of rice straw (P<0.05). The contents of crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber and hemicellulose in rice straw were significantly reduced by the addition of BS and CE (P<0.05). The inoculation of cellulose-degrading bacteria could play a certain role in improving the fermentation quality of straw and reducing the cellulose content in rice straw. And CE showed better effect.

摘要: 为探究纤维素降解菌对秸秆青贮饲料的发酵品质和纤维含量的影响,分别用具有纤维降解能力的伊朗纤维单胞菌(Cellulomonas iranensis,CE)和沙福芽孢杆菌(Bacillus safensis,BS)对水稻秸秆进行处理,青贮14和30天后取样分析其发酵品质并测定纤维含量。发酵14天后,与无添加的对照组相比,CE降低了秸秆的pH值和氨态氮含量,增加了粗蛋白含量(P<0.05);添加BS和CE均降低了水稻秸秆的pH值、粗纤维和半纤维素含量(P<0.05)。发酵30天后,与对照组相比,BS降低了秸秆的干物质含量、霉菌数量和丙酸含量(P<0.05),同时增加了秸秆的粗蛋白含量(P<0.05);CE则能降低水稻秸秆的pH值、干物质含量、氨态氮含量和霉菌数量(P<0.05);与此同时BS和CE均降低了水稻秸秆的粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和半纤维素含量(P<0.05)。两种菌在改善秸秆发酵品质过程中均能发挥一定的作用,也都能减少水稻秸秆中的纤维成分,其中,CE降解水稻秸秆的效果更好。
