不同有机废弃物改善铁尾矿砂对高羊茅生长及生理特性影响

Abstract: To screen the improved iron tailings sand substrates conducive to the growth of tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea), this study used pure iron tailings sand as the control (CK), with a base substrate composed of 91% iron tailings sand+ 8% mature soil+ 1% organic fertilizer. Building upon an 85% iron tailings sand+ 8% mature soil+ 1% organic fertilizer mixture, three experimental treatments were prepared by supplementing with 6% sludge, 6% composted sawdust, and 6% peat, respectively. The objective was to investigate their effects on the growth and physiological characteristics of tall fescue. The results demonstrated that the addition of different organic wastes promoted the plant height growth of tall fescue, with the sludge treatment group showing a significant 45.34% increase in height compared to the control. All treatment groups exhibited higher plant water content and chlorophyll levels than the control, while free proline, electrolyte leakage, and malondialdehyde were lower. The sludge treatment group displayed the lowest activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, and catalase, whereas the composted sawdust treatment group showed the lowest ascorbate peroxidase activity. Correlation matrix revealed significant relationships between the growth and physiological indicators of tall fescue. Principal component analysis indicated a distinct characteristic distribution for the sludge treatment group.

摘要: 为筛选利于高羊茅生长的铁尾矿砂改良基质。本研究以纯铁尾矿砂基质作为对照,91%铁尾矿砂+8%熟土+1%有机肥为基础基质,在85%铁尾矿砂+8%熟土+1%有机肥的基础上分别叠加6%污泥、6%腐熟木屑及6%泥炭,探究其对高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)生长及生理特性的影响。结果显示,添加不同有机废弃物可促进高羊茅株高生长,其中污泥处理组株高较对照组显著增加 45.34%。各处理组植株含水量和叶绿素含量高于对照组,游离脯氨酸、相对电导率、丙二醛则低于对照组。污泥处理组中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性最低,腐熟木屑处理组抗坏血酸氧化酶活性最低。相关性分析表明了高羊茅生长及生理指标间的相关性。主成分分析显示污泥处理组特征分布独特。综合表明,添加污泥的改良基质可用于废弃铁尾矿砂的修复与消耗,降低成本并实现固废资源化,实现“以废治废”理念。
