Abstract: MS was used as a fundamental medium for alfalfa breeding.DES and UV were successively used for callus mutation and selection.Eventually,some callus showed certain degree of cold tolerance.

摘要: 以硫酸二乙酯(DES)和紫外线(UV)对准格尔苜蓿愈伤组织进行诱变处理,筛选其半致死浓度和剂量。对诱变处理后的材料进行脯氨酸含量测定。结果表明,脯氨酸含量明显高于对照。筛选出具有抗性的苜蓿愈伤组织,为苜蓿抗性育种提供基础材料。
