A Study on Physiological and Biochemical Changes in Storing Zoysiagrass Seed

贮藏期对结缕草种子生理生化的影响

Abstract: A study on storage properties and physiological and biochemical changes in Zoysiagrass seeds was conducted.The results showed that Zoysiagrass seed vigour decreased rapidly with the increasing of storage time when the seeds stored under natural environment.Several seed vigour test index such as germination percentage,germination energy,germination index,vigour index and abnormal seedlings were correlated with storage years.Electric conductivity and sugar content of seed leaches were not correlated with the storage years.TTC quantitative analysis and ATP content of Zoysiagrass seeds were correlated with storage years.Acid phosphate activity in Zoysiagrass seeds stored 1,2,3,4,5 years was lower than the seeds harvested in 1998.Moreover,acid phosphates activity increased with the seed aging increasing.Peroxidase activity decreased greatly after stored one year.

摘要: 测定结缕草种子不同贮藏年限的活力水平。结果表明,在自然条件下贮藏,结缕草种子的活力下降较快,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、TTC含量、ATP含量以及不正常种苗等指标与贮藏期限呈显著相关。TTC法和ATP法所测活力指标与贮藏期限呈极显著和显著相关。种子浸出液电导率和葡萄糖含量与贮藏期的相关性较低。在萌发初期酸性磷酸酶的活性随着贮藏期的延长,在降低后又有所增长,但均低于1998年收获而未经贮藏的种子。贮藏1年的种子,过氧化物酶活性下降幅度较大。
