4种豆科栽培牧草根际土壤细菌群落分布特征研究

Abstract: The objective of this research was to explore the distribution characteristics of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soil of different leguminous forages in alpine regions. Four leguminous cultivated forages were chosen as the research objects,namely,Melissilus ruthenicus (L.) Peschkova (TrigonellaruthenicaL),Medicago sativa L.,Onobrychisviciifolia and Vicia faba L.. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to determine the soil microbial diversity. The relationship between soil bacterial communities and soil physicochemical characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in physicochemical properties of rhizosphere soil of four leguminous cultivated forages. There were 234 099 effective sequences and 5 707 OTUs. The Chao1 index was Vicia faba L. > Onobrychis viciifolia > Medicago sativa L. > Melissilus ruthenicus (L.) Peschkova (TrigonellaruthenicaL.);the Shannon index was Medicago sativa L. > Vicia faba L. > Onobrychis viciifolia > Melissilus ruthenicus (L.) Peschkova (TrigonellaruthenicaL.). At the class level,proteobacteria was the most dominant phyla in the rhizosphere soils of 4 kinds of legumes,and the relative abundances in the four plots of the Melissilus ruthenicus (L.) Peschkova (TrigonellaruthenicaL.),Vicia faba L.,Onobrychis viciifolia. and Medicago sativa L. were 58.14%,35.83%,45.40% and 38.15%,respectively. There was a significant correlation between the diversity of bacterial in the rhizosphere of different legumes in the same area and the physical and chemical properties of the soil,especially,the main driving factors might be the soil total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus and organic matter.

摘要: 为探究高寒地区不同豆科栽培牧草的根际土壤细菌群落分布特征,本试验选取4种豆科栽培牧草扁蓿豆(Melissilus ruthenicus(L.)Peschkova(TrigonellaruthenicaL.))、紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)、红豆草(Onobrychis viciifolia)、蚕豆(Vicia faba L.)根际土壤为研究对象,利用高通量测序技术测定土壤微生物多样性,并对土壤细菌群落与土壤理化因子的相关性进行分析。结果表明:4种不同豆科栽培牧草根际土壤理化性质差异显著。高通量测序共得到234 099条有效序列和5 707个OTUs。细菌群落Chao1指数依次为蚕豆 > 红豆草 > 紫花苜蓿 > 扁蓿豆;Shannon指数依次为紫花苜蓿 > 蚕豆 > 红豆草 > 扁蓿豆。变形菌门(Proteobacteria)是4种豆科牧草根际土壤中的优势菌门,在扁蓿豆、蚕豆、红豆草和紫花苜蓿根际土壤中的相对丰度分别为58.14%,35.83%,45.40%,38.15%。高寒地区不同豆科牧草根际土壤细菌群落多样性与土壤理化性质存在显著相关关系,其中土壤全氮、全磷、速效磷和有机质可能是主要的驱动因子。
