不同放牧强度下内蒙古典型草原土壤团聚体线虫群落特征

Abstract: At present, research on nematode communities in soil aggregates focuses on farmland and forest ecosystems, and little is known about the effects of grazing on the nematode community structure of soil aggregates in typical grasslands. In this study, nematodes were extracted from >2 mm, 2-0.25 mm and <0.25 mm soil aggregates in no-grazing, lightly-grazed, moderately-grazed and heavily-grazed pastures using the shallow dish method, and analyzed the response of nematode communities in soil aggregates of different particle sizes to grazing intensity. The results showed that the total number of soil aggregate nematodes and their trophic groups increased with the increase of aggregate particle size, and the total number of nematodes in aggregates with particle size more than 2 mm was the highest, which reached 536~1252 individuals·(100 g dry soil)-1, and bacterivorous nematodes were the dominant groups in the soil aggregate nematode community. Soil aggregate nematode Shannon-Wiener diversity index, evenness index and richness index were significantly increased under moderate grazing; nematode Enrichment index were all lowest in the grazing forbidden pasture, and Structural index peaked under moderate grazing. Soil pH, water content, organic carbon and carbon to nitrogen ratio were important environmental factors affecting soil nematode community abundance. In summary, the formation of stable nematode community structure was more favorable under moderate grazing and greater than 2 mm particle size aggregates, which may provide a theoretical basis for the restoration of typical grassland ecosystems in Inner Mongolia.

摘要: 目前,关于土壤团聚体线虫群落的研究多集中于农田和森林生态系统,而放牧对典型草原土壤团聚体线虫群落结构的影响知之甚少。本研究采用浅盘法提取禁牧、轻度放牧、中度放牧和重度放牧草场>2 mm,0.25~2 mm和<0.25 mm土壤团聚体中的线虫,并分析不同粒径土壤团聚体线虫群落对放牧强度的响应。结果表明:土壤团聚体线虫总数及其营养类群数量随着团聚体粒径的增大而增加,粒径>2 mm的团聚体线虫总数最多,达到536~1252 条·(100 g干土)-1;土壤团聚体线虫群落以食细菌线虫为优势类群。中度放牧显著提高了土壤团聚体线虫多样性指数、均匀度指数和丰富度指数;线虫富集指数均以禁牧草场最低,结构指数在中度放牧下达到峰值。土壤pH值、含水量、有机碳和碳氮比是影响土壤线虫群落数量的重要环境因子。综上所述,在中度放牧和>2 mm粒径团聚体更有利于形成稳定的线虫群落结构,这可为内蒙古典型草原生态系统的恢复提供理论依据。
