氮磷添加与AMF对宁夏荒漠草原优势植物生物量和C∶N∶P的影响

Abstract: Nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) additions are vital management methods to alleviate plant nutrient limitation and improve grassland productivity. Soil nutrient enrichment may potentially alter the symbiotic relationships between plants and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). This study conducted a three-factor experiment to study the independent and interactive effects of N and P additions and AMF on the biomass and C∶N∶P of Agropyron mongolicum and Astragalus melilotoides in the desert steppe in Ningxia. We used a kind of fungicide(benomyl)to regulate native AMF activities. Our results showed that N and P additions significantly increased the aboveground biomass of A. mongolicum and A. melilotoides, but AMF did not alter them. AMF significantly reduced the aboveground biomass of A. mongolicum under P alone addition and both N and P addition treatments. AMF increased the C∶N of A. mongolicum plants and the C∶P of A. melilotoides. P addition significantly reduced the C∶P and N∶P of two plants, and alleviated the P limitation of A. mongolicum. In summary, compared with AMF, N and P addition was more beneficial to dominant plants biomass in the desert steppe in Ningxia, and could alleviate the nutrient limitation of A. mongolicum and A. melilotoides.

摘要: 氮磷添加是缓解温性荒漠草原生产力养分限制,提高草原生产力的重要措施之一。土壤氮磷养分富集潜在改变植物与丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)的共生关系。本研究开展三因素原位控制试验,采用AMF抑菌剂添加调控AMF活性,分析氮磷添加与AMF的独立及交互效应对宁夏荒漠草原沙芦草(Agropyron mongolicum)与草木樨状黄芪(Astragalus melilotoides)生物量与C∶N∶P的影响。结果表明:氮磷添加显著增加沙芦草与草木樨状黄芪地上生物量。对照处理下,AMF对芦草与草木樨状黄芪地上生物量无显著影响;单独加磷与氮磷添加处理下,AMF显著抑制沙芦草地上生物量。AMF提高沙芦草植株C∶N与草木樨状黄芪C∶P。磷添加显著降低沙芦草与草木樨状黄芪C∶P与N∶P,缓解了沙芦草的磷限制。综上所述,与AMF相比,氮磷添加更利于宁夏荒漠草原优势植物生物量累积,缓解沙芦草与草木樨状黄芪的养分限制。
