拉萨河流域湿地灌草层生态位与种间联结及群落稳定性研究

Abstract: This study focused on the wetland ecosystem of the Black-necked Crane National Nature Reserve in the Lhasa River Basin, systematically explores the niche characteristics, interspecific associations, and community stability of the dominant populations in the shrub layer and herb layer, analyzes the survival strategies, resource competition, and symbiotic relationships of dominant species in the alpine wetland environment, aiming to promote the positive associations between dominant species and companion species and optimize the community structure; The results show that: the average value of the Levins index in the herb layer (7.97) is higher than that in the shrub layer (3.27), and the average value of the Shannon index (2.03) is also higher than that in the shrub layer (1.20), indicating that herbaceous plants have better breadth and uniformity of resource utilization. The niche overlap index shows that the average value in the herb layer (0.22) is higher than that in the shrub layer (0.18), with more intense resource competition. The interspecific association analysis shows that the shrub-herb layer presents a positive association as a whole (all VR values are greater than 1). The overall symbiosis of plants in the shrub layer is stronger than competition, while the resource competition among species in the herb layer is more intense than that in the shrub layer. The community stability model shows that the Euclidean distances between the shrub layer, the herb layer and the theoretical stable point (20, 80) are 7.98 and 22.77 respectively, and the herb layer is in an unstable state. The study suggests optimizing vegetation configuration by screening species with matching ecological habits to enhance community stability, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the vegetation management of the reserve and the protection of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau ecosystem.

摘要: 本研究聚焦拉萨河流域黑颈鹤国家自然保护区湿地生态系统,对灌木层和草本层优势种群的生态位特征、种间联结及群落稳定性展开系统探究,分析高寒湿地环境下优势物种的生存策略、资源竞争与共生关系,以促进优势种与伴生种的正联结,优化群落结构。研究结果表明:草本层 Levins 指数均值(7.97)高于灌木层(3.27),Shannon 指数均值(2.03)亦高于灌木层(1.20),表明草本植物资源利用广度与均匀性更优;生态位重叠指数显示,草本层均值(0.22)高于灌木层(0.18),资源竞争更为激烈;种间联结分析表明,灌草层整体呈正联结(VR均大于1),灌木层植物整体共生大于竞争,草本层物种对于资源竞争较灌木层激烈。群落稳定性模型显示,灌草层与理论稳定点(20,80)的欧式距离分别为 7.98 和 22.77,草本层处于不稳定状态。研究建议通过筛选生态习性匹配物种优化植被配置,提升群落稳定性,为保护区植被管理、高原生态系统保护提供理论依据。
