Association Analysis Between Seed Yield and Yield Components of Oats

燕麦种子产量构成因子与产量的关联性分析

Abstract: In order to identify main factors affecting seed yield and key technique improving seed yield of Avena sativa L.,seed yield and yield components were studied with ten Avena sativa L.materials.Results show that seed yield components had significant difference among the 10 oat materials(P<0.05).Procreant amount,panicle length,spikelet number,seed number/inflorescence and the weight of 1000-seed were also significantly different(P<0.01).The largest indirect effect on seed yield was spikelet number produced through seed number/inflorescence,panicle length and procreant amount.The most important factors in seed yield were procreant amount,spikelet number and the weight of 1000-seed.The regressive model was as Y=-8.359+0.172 X1+0.112 X4+1.393 X6.This study recommends considering not only the selection of seed number/inflorescence and panicle length,but also the procreant amount and spikelet number.

摘要: 通过对10份燕麦(Avena sativa L.)材料种子产量及其产量构成因子进行研究,明确影响燕麦种子产量的主要因子,并找出提高种子产量的途径。结果表明:10份燕麦材料种子产量构成因子间差异显著(P<0.05)。单株生殖枝数、穗长、小穗数、种子粒数/花序和千粒重与种子产量均成极显著正相关(P<0.01);小穗数对种子产量的间接作用最大,且主要是通过种子粒数/花序、穗长和单株生殖枝数产生。单株生殖枝数、小穗数和千粒重是影响种子产量的主要因素,其回归模型为:Y=-8.359+0.172 X1+0.112 X4+1.393 X6。在注重种子粒数/花序和穗长的同时,应把单株生殖枝数和小穗数作为重要的选择指标。
