We adhere to the principles of knowledge sharing through licensing agreements（CC BY-NC-ND 4.0）, allowing authors to retain copyright of their published papers and granting them unrestricted use and reproduction rights, provided appropriate citation is given. The journal adopts an open access policy, and all accepted and published papers can be read, downloaded, and linked immediately and permanently for free by readers, only if they are properly cited. The author(s) will be charged article publication fees, to support the operation of the journal.
