摘要:

为探索苦瓜(Momordica charantia L.)秸秆在防治杂草方面的潜力,以黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)、苏丹草(Sorghum sudanense(Piper)Stapf)和鬼针草(Bidens pilosa L.)为受体,采用室内生物测定法研究苦瓜秸秆不同部位水浸提液对3种杂草的化感作用。结果表明:苦瓜秸秆各部位的水浸提液对3种杂草种子萌发和幼苗生长的均有一定的化感效应,对其化感综合效应平均值均为负值;受化感抑制作用由强到弱依次为鬼针草、黑麦草和苏丹草。苦瓜秸秆在杂草防治方面的具有较好的前景,其除草活性值得深入研究。

Abstract:

To investigate the potential of Momordica charantia in controlling weeds, we studied the allelopathy of aqueous extracts of different parts of Momordica charantia straw on Lolium perenne, Sorghum sudanense and Bidens pilosa. The results showed that each part of Momordica charantia straw had a certain allelopathic effect on seed germination and seedling growth of the 3 tested weeds, and the comprehensive average values were all negative. The allelopathic inhibition on Bidens pilosa was the strongest, followed by Lolium perenne and Sorghum sudanense. Momordica charantia straw had good developing prospect in controlling weeds, which herbicidal activity was worthy of further study.
