不同白羊草居群对干旱胁迫的生理响应及抗旱性评价

Physiological Response to Drought Stresses and Drought Resistances Evaluation of Different Old World Bluestem Populations

摘要:

为探明10个不同野生居群白羊草[Bothriochloa ischaemum (L.) Keng]的苗期抗旱性差异,采用盆栽法对材料进行正常供水(80%田间持水量)、轻度水分胁迫(65%田间持水量)、中度水分胁迫(50%田间持水量)、重度水分胁迫(35%田间持水量)处理,测定株高、根冠比、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖(SS)含量及过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果表明:随干旱胁迫程度的增加,白羊草株高逐渐降低,根冠比逐渐增大,植株地上部分Pro、MDA、SS含量上升,SOD、POD活性增强。由隶属函数分析7个指标得到白羊草苗期抗旱性强弱顺序为:汾阳居群 > 娄烦居群 > 太谷居群 > 隰县居群 > 柳林居群 > 中阳居群 > 榆社居群 > 平定居群 > 浑源居群 > 阳曲居群。

Abstract:

Pot experiments were conducted to determine seedling drought resistance differences of different water stress on 10 Bothriochloa ischaemum wild populations. Plant height, root shoot ratio, content of proline (Pro), malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble sugar (SS), changes of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were measured under normal water supply (80% of field capacity), mild water stress (65% of field capacity), moderate water stress (50% of field capacity), heavy water stress (35% of field capacity), respectively. The results showed that, with the increase of drought stress, the height of old world bluestem was reduced gradually, the root shoot ratio increased gradually, and the content of Pro, MDA and SS in the plant ground increased, and the activity of SOD and POD increased. Based on the subordinate function analysis of seven indexes, the rank order for seedling drought resistance of old world bluestem was as follows: Fenyang > Loufan > Taigu > Xixian > Liulin > Zhongyang > Yushe > Pingding > Hunyuan > Yangqu.
