不同葛藤品种藤蔓的生长特性与饲用品质研究

摘要:

本研究为明确不同品种葛藤(Pueraria thomsonii Benth.)在湖南地区的生长特性和营养价值,为湖南地区饲用葛藤品种的选择提供依据,以9个地区葛藤品种为试验材料,测定葛藤藤蔓的一级分枝数、生长速率、粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪和灰分含量等指标,研究不同葛藤品种间生长特性和营养成分的差异。结果表明:分枝数与生长速率在葛藤品种间的变化较小,粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪与灰分含量在葛藤品种间的变化较大。9个供试葛藤品种中,巴山粉葛(BSFG)的一级分枝数、生长速率、粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量等各指标均表现出明显的优势;QCG的分枝数、生长速率和粗蛋白含量皆低于其它品种;ZG的粗纤维含量最高。由此知,葛藤藤蔓的生长受品种的影响较小,而藤蔓的营养品质受品种的影响较大。品种BSFG更适合作为饲料葛藤在湖南地区种植。

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to evaluate the growth characteristics and nutritional value of different varieties of kudzu (Pueraria thomsonii Benth.) using kudzu vine as forage and provide a basis for the selection of varieties in Hunan district. Nine kudzu varieties were used as experimental material and the growth characteristics and nutrition value of kudzu vine were identified. Primary branch number, growth rate, the content of crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat and ash in kudzu vine were measured. The results showed that there was small difference between kudzu varieties in terms of primary branch number and growth rate, but there were large differences among varieties on terms of crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat and ash content. The cultivar ‘Bashanfenge’ (BSFG) showed obvious advantages on primary branch number, growth rate, the content of crude protein and crude fat among nine varieties. Primary branch number, growth rate and crude protein content of cultiva ‘caige’(QCG) were the least in nine varieties. Crude fiber content of cultivar ‘Zige’(ZG) was the highest in nine varieties. Therefore, we concluded that variety has great influence on growth, but not on nutritional quality of kudzu. And cultivar BSFG is suitable for growing as a forage plant than the other varieties in hunan area.
